The Mind has the power to comprehend a specific object or event largely depending on the will. In the spiritual mind science, it is said that once The Mind is able to separate the given object from the others and mentally grasps the object apart from anything that it compares with, then he holds it as One through the Oneness of His Self. The Mind does not have the capacity to discern the multiplicity of a thing and interpret or understand without sorting out meanings and distinguishing things that enters them as a One In Itself. The Mind does not have a composite nature, unlike the other senses. Hence, The Mind can mentally grasp objects that are One, simple and single. It is The Soul that is responsible for the thought. This entity is driven by complexities, leaves the state of unity and the consolidated vision of things, to detect things that are composite and temporal in nature.
The power of the Mind has more unified character than the creations that come after. It is only that Mind that can acquire knowledge of Him. This is because the Mind is the causal factor by which the creations came after Him. He is responsible for organizing all things and thoughts. The Mind is said to have the control on everything that emanates from Him and thus, has the hold over all the things. Nothing could bypass the power of the Mind. According to True Gnosis, the mind speaks to the soul, while the soul is the link between the realms of the mind and body. The human body is considered the expressive form of the soul wherein human emotions are expressed.

The Light that hits upon the sight aids the sight to see the things within its vision and senses, all beyond the appearance.
